Black Friday - can good deals be found for motorcyclists?

Black Friday is coming up and I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences [good/bad] either driving down for the day or shopping online? I was wondering if it would be worthwhile to drive to Watertown NY [i'm from kingston area] just for the day....so any deal would need to be cheaper even with the duty, taxes included. Or is it better to shop online?
I know i should be spending my money here but because of our effed up government i have seen my income shrink greatly every year... I sure could use a new helmet and a tank bag... and i HAVE been looking at canadian sites for last couple months but every time i find a great deal, they dont have size Small for my peanut head.

Crazy helmet price. Weren't the Scorpion EXO 400's recalled recently or something though?

Link is to a European recall. May not be the same standards here. That being said, feels like less of a "deal" now doesn't it?

Definitely. I wouldn't skimp out on head safety, ever. It's the best investment you can make.
