I guess the condos in that area attract a certain type of driver. I've lost count of the number of times going through that section of road either on the bike or in the cage where some old chinese man or woman with hands at 2:45 and chin almost on the wheel has almost ran me into the guard rails with their no look lane changes. They come on at leslie or bayview and without looking and doing 80 try and get into the centre or left lane. Laying the horn has no effect and as you are forced to hit the brakes and then move right to avoid them because left is the guard rail as you go past them they sit like statues at the wheel head and eyes as straight as can be.
