Best tires for the Ganny?

What are the Best tires for the Ganny? The last set I bought was Metzler Unicross, thinking about another set... What do you run? My bike is a XR650R
 
Right now im running Michelin S12 XC up front and M12 XC on the rear,I have used this setup before and I like it.Two years ago I had the new Dunlop MX51 on a smaller bike and that seemed to be good also,but I sold that bike before I could really see how they would hold up at the Ganny.

+1 on the Michelins. I'm running the same right now on my Ganny bike and they are hooking up quite well.
 
I'm using Avon Gripsters, aired down to 14psi for the trail (carcass moves, so they clear well), and back up to 31psi for riding home. If you're not blue plate or you're trailering, just ignore me ;)
 
Anything rated at least 50% off road is fine for the Ganny.
You don't need a really aggressive tire there.
 
Thanks for the suggestions guys,, Michelins now on the shortlist... Where is the best place to get off road tires?
