Best place to park near Yonge & Eglinton?

Anyone live around this area or know a good safe place to park? The last time I parked on the street by bike was rear ended in in the first week. I even talked so some people that live around the area to park my bike on their garage but they seem to get really greedy.. This one guy was like "sure, it'll cost you $120/month, or it wont be worth it" I'm like wtf? not worth it? It's not even in the way of his vehicle and on top of that it's free $$ let alone I only ride on nice days and the usual mon - fri 9 - 5

Anyways if anyone knows a good spot, please share

You could try Duplex ave, right on the side of TPS 53 division or just use their parking lot

I know that area pretty well but had the same problem. Here are a couple of ideas I tried for one time parking but I suggest you ask permission from the private owner in order to be able to use it long term. Check all underground parking to see if they do free parking for motorcycles. Future shop has covered parking that I used once. I have seen bikes parked on the side of sporting life (not where customers park). Castlefield has an external parking lot with marked sections. You may just need to come up with an arrangement with the owner.

Sometimes the best way is to strike up a conversation with a local biker. Drop by the parking lots and see where the bikes are parked. If they are not parked in parking spots then find the rider and see what arrangement he made with the private owner.

My old landlord was about a 5 minute walk from Y&E and he has two motorcycles in his garage. He was always open to me parking in his yard. If you want I could hook u up with his #. He's a really good guy, I doubt he'd charge you something ridiculous like $120 a month
