Low odour oil primer will cover nicely and be durable.
I use BEHR from HD.
EDIT: sorry tint won’t be added as it’s water based. So if you want white all good. Water based primer they can tint.
Try Solignum marine paint from Canadian tire is awesome for trailer interiors. Inexpensive and super durable. I've used it for years on wooden boats and outdoor furniture -- can't beat it. You can blow, brush or roll it on.
It's also good on floors if you add a package of antislip.
I've had trouble with Duplicolor bedliner sticking to plywood -- it started to blistered off after a year. I replaced it with Deckover, it's been good for 2 years and has no signs of failure yet. It's textured and not to slippy.
