'Best' missions in a video game

Not the best game - but a specific mission in a game that really stood out as 'that was awesome'.

I'm killing time waiting for the next consoles to come down in price, and re-playing far cry 3. My vote is for 'Kick the hornet's nest. It's not enough to have wave after wave of bad guys, but to be getting high from the marijuana fields that you're tasked with burning (vision goes funky / aiming completely wonky), it was a hoot. Coupled with the skrillex/damian marley sound track - that was some fun gaming.

Have to keep thinking about this. I remember it being pretty exciting the first time you got into a booby-trapped car in Grand Theft Auto (original)

call of duty three, i think it was battle of kursk. big tank battle. always stood out in my mind.

Call Of Duty Black Ops. The level where you have to sneak into the Russian Rocket Base and take out a missile launch. Played that level a few times over.
