Best After Market Exhaust for 2001 VFR800

Hi All,

I am going to be picking up a new to me 2001 VFR800 soon, and I want to see what everyone thinks would be the best choice for an after market exhaust. I'm not necessarily looking for more power, I just want something with a nice rumble, but not so loud that it'll annoy the neighbors. I was looking on youtube for some ideas, but most of the VFRs there are 2002 or newer, and use the 4 into 2 configuration instead of the 4 into 1. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The best one available is the Vance & Hines SS2R if you can find one:

There is NO best one available. It's all personal preference. How YOU like the looks and sound is ALL that matters. The VFR will sound good with ANY exhaust, you just have to pick the one you like.
 
If you don't want too loud, and want OEM quality and style, with no huge name badging all over the muffler, I'd say Staintune.

I also realy like the sound of a Honda V4 thru a Kerker.

Staintune is THE exhaust for VFR800's!! My bro in law has one, sounds like half a hemi
 
Well after much deliberation, I picked up my new exhaust. It is a Hindle carbon fibre high-mount. It looks so much better, and it sounds oh so sweet.DSCF1559.jpgDSCF1201.jpg
