The only proper way is to cut and reweld, I think the pipe may kink if you tried to bend it.
The red line is just an exagerated guesstimate. The actual amount that it needs to be bent is prolly less than my little red line.I know a propane torch won't be enough, but i think an oxy setup might do it.Not that i have one in my garage.

Sadly you should probably remove it from the bike to "fix" it. You can fill the pipe with beach sand then bend over a pc of firewood, the sand supports the tube. You can take it over to a local exhaust shop and get them to stick it in the tube bender, actually most metal fab shops have one, its a $10 job. Or you can find an acetylene torch and heat it and bend, be a bit careful you need the outside of the curve hot enough to stretch and the inside to shrink a bit.
New one should only be about $400?

An oxy torch would be the way to go, but you could try a pair of MAP gas (yellow tank) torches. Much hotter then propane, with 2 of them and a bit of time you might be able to make it work for the little amount you have to go.

Plus about 400 for bottles and plus hst

is it stainless, if it's touching swingarm suggest to bend near bottom albow (out)

Stick about a 4 foot long pipe in 2" diameter, and give a little pressure cold. You will be surprised how easy you can tweak it sometimes. Just take it easy don't break it off the other end. If you get 3 buds with propane torches, you'll get it hot enough also.

Thanks for all the advice.Scuba and I (mostly Scuba) used his oxy last nite and pulled the header back into position. No cracking or distortion whatsoever.I finally feel like i'm getting the Muffin trackworthy again. But i guess thats what happens when it flips end over end a few times.Every bolt i try to loosen is bent.Grrrrr.
