Bell Satellite help

The breaker tripped on the circuit that runs the TV, Satellite etc. When I reset it and turned the satellite receiver back on, there are a bunch of channels missing now. I did a reset by holding the power button down but they still haven't returned. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Phone 310-bell. They can "reset" the receiver from their end to repopulate the channels.

Thanks. Thats what I heard but wanted to hear it from someone else. Just wondered if anyone else had this happen before. What do they need to reset it as I have 3 receivers? Do I have to be there for them to do it?

Ok never mind. Turned it on today and everything's back. No idea. Freaking technology. Thanks for the help.

For future reference:
-You need to be present to reset a box
-They require the serial number of the box which is found in the setup menu
