Been trying for 2 days to get into Telus website.

telus.com . Nothing, nada. Pings are always timing out. Need to get into my business mobility account and unsuccessful. Anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

I don't get it. Tried 2 laptops, a desktop and my wife's iPad. I even bypassed the router and plugged directly into the cable modem, same thing. If I tracert I get about 9 hops in then it dies.

Teksavvy routing issue?

Got a smartphone? Get it off your wifi or connect somewhere other than home and see if the page loads then. Might be an ISP issue.

Might be a routing issue, might also be an IP block list on the Telus server. I'm seeing that they are blocking Traceroute to their server, so you won't be able to tell using that tool.

Use a proxy to test:

Don't log in via proxy though.
