Yeah I did a search, didn't find what I was looking for. I've never had a bike long enough to have to replace the pads.

I cleaned the rotors with scotch brite.

So whats next before or at my next track day? Proper bedding procedure?

It varies a little depending on the pad but most are similar.

With your clean rotors go out and do 5-6 stops in quick succession from a moderate speed at 50-70% braking effort then let the brake system cool down fully.

^^^ This EXCEPT don't actually stop. I usually aim for 100 km/h then reasonably heavy braking down to 20 km/h (ensuring not to lock anything or engage ABS is you have it), rinse and repeat (I do eight applications). The theory and procedure is explained very well here;
