Be careful with this scammer. Blue Lexus Ragu video...

Watched the video a couple of times, the closest the bike came to the car was right at the end when he creeped up at a crawl. Not sure how contact was made.

The stuttering is from his front wheel bouncing, not a hit.
 
Bike clearly didn't hit the car from the video, and the type of damage shown in the pictures could not occur by being rear-ended by a bike. Looks like the guy backed into a wall or another car softly. Cops should charge the driver for having unreported damage to his car!

Bike rider was close, but he handled the stop fine so good for him.
 
Who drivers around with a camera facing the back? looks like the driver was trying to stage an accident

Clearly the bike did not hit the car, there is no possible way for those scratches/scuffs to be caused by the front wheel of a motorcycle.

That guy deserves a ***** slap.
 
His lexus is lowered, has to enter parking lots at a retarded angle in order not to scrape. That's why he's almost at a stand still.

Didn't see the leg moving.. The sound was from the door being closed as Ragu Jr. exited the ricebox.

And the RFD "detectives" found out that Alvin Chung is the name of the scam artist who already screwed one member over an iphone sale.. University of Guelph student. He only recanted the claim on youtube after being outed on youtube and RFD.
