Bar/Pub that plays MotoGP?

Videopass is the way to go. I have both the MotoGP and WorldSBK videopasses, and MotoAmerica has one as well. I just finished watching WorldSBK from Donington Park live.

I find most places I'd go, are more then happy to turn it on one of the screens for you if you ask politely.
 
Doubt any bars would be open in T.O. when the motoGP races are on live.

might find a bar keep willing to put it on a screen if you provide the feed
live is not likely, like mentioned, most races are at 6-8 AM on Sunday

1st world problem - i wish dorna combined MotoGP and WorldSBK passes into one.

How is the MotoAmerica broadcast quality?

Guess the best option is to wait till things open up, find the North American rebroadcast times (if they exist) and ask the barkeep.
 
I think REV TV shows the races in Canada, so you'll have to find a bar that has that channel, too...

Their Wikipedia page lists the providers that carry the channel, and it's a short list. Bell satellite is your best shot locally:
