FAQ. = http://www.thebadride.com/faqs.php

I know these rides are majority of cruisers and Harleys, but I do see some sports in there.
And since GTAM community is majority of sports, and are in to help for a good cause, and have a great 3 hour ride, join me please!

Just like I hosted my first event at Port Dover 4-13-2012. It was one cruiser and a bunch of sports behind me. I'd like to get this one as big as possible. More riders = helping the Distress Centres, supporting ongoing programming and many new initiatives that have enhanced access and addressed identified gaps in community services.

I will be pre-registering on May 24. Thursday. Yeah L&L, register there then ride down to L&L if you want to go as a group.
Yes, riders who register at the Kick Off Party at Dave & Buster’s on May 24, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. will receive an extra (1) Bonus draw ticket.

So if you arrive late, there will be maps handed out till 10:30AM for the route. The ride starts and departs at 9:45AM sharp.
So 9:45AM is where I want to start leaving.
Some of you may know me or my bike by the previous port dover ride.

How are we all meeting?
It will be announced on May 24 on the kickoff party to meet everyone here who is going, and then planning out the spot to meet.
If you do not have my number and BBM, PM me.

If anyone is still interested, PM me for contact infos.

I will be at the pre registration at D&B. Looks like Sunday is going to rain, who knows, might change.

I volunteer for the ride, so I'll see you there!

True, like you say, it mostly attracts cruiser riders, but all are truly welcome. A lot of sport bikes do come out.

It's not a racing ride route, for sure, but it has as many twisties as we could manage within 3 hrs from Toronto. It's a mostly casual ride.

What the event is really good at is a long casual ride, fun entertainment, swag, food and prizes, plus a ton of cool people to chill with for the day.

YMMV. :)

Absolutely. Anything street legal. We've seen many scooters over the years, in all sizes. The ride doesn't go onto 400-series highways, but will hit 80km/h backroads. 250's should have no problem with that.

Anything is fine, even 250s can top 150-160ish.

But the kick off party is today at D&B at 7:30PM, I will be there and heading to Lakeshore and Leslie at 9:30pm after when the party is done I guess.

Give me a text if you want to tag along with me to L&L after the party is done at D&B.

I will be on a white cruiser with hard bags, LED lights white/blueish. You will know me with a troll face on my half lid.

LOL should've said hi. Which bike was yours there?
It's okay. Great turn out though.

If anyone is still interested, Weather Network says it won't rain morning but will rain at night.

I was with my family at the Hillcrest Mall farmer's market around 10:15 this morning, and literally HUNDREDS of bikes were streaming along Rutherford, traveling East. What that you guys?

That was us. I am not sure of the count for this year is.
There was some sport bikes and little groups of them. :P

The route given was pretty great, there was some twistys. I had a blast.

The guy who won the Harley rented a bike to go do this ride. lol

Sounds like it was a lot of fun.

There were a lot of Harley-types, but also a bunch of sport bikes, sport touring, touring, etc . . . Watching you all roll past made my throttle hand all twitchy.

Good for the guy who won! That must have been pretty cool.

I was on the SV650 that commented on your ride when we were leaving the party.
I had a blast and looking forward to next year. Very diverse group of riders but everybody just loving the 2 wheels and even some 3 wheels so everybody was super cool.
I learnt one important lesson on this ride and it's that a seat upgrade is in the near future for the SV :)
