Just picked up my dream bike.... 2012 CBR600RR.

My very first new bike purchase was not a very good experience for me. Many of you longer members may remember my last review that I posted regarding that purchase. I swore I`d never go back to that place and I didn`t.

A month ago, however, with new owners and being supporters of this website, I figured it was time to give them one more shot. I`ll never get that that very first experience, but my second new bike purchase experience will stay with me forever.

Today was the most amazing day of my life so far. I can`t stop smiling. Enrique took the time to go over the bike with me, made sure I had the tool kit and owners manual and was very patient with my questions. Even though he had to head downtown to run the booth at the car show, he didn`t rush us at all and even helped load the bike onto our trailer. He was just as happy and excited as I was, or that`s how it felt anyway!

If you are thinking of buying a new bike, and Brampton Powersports has the bike that you`re considering, I strongly recommend heading in there and asking for Enrique. He`s awesome!!!!

Now I`m going back out to the garage to sit on my new bike, rev it up and pretend that I`m riding a beautiful twisty road. Please please please let the ground hog be right this time!!!! Can`t wait for spring..... is it spring yet!!!!

Congrats and enjoy. What is this about new owners?

Congrats Donna.I'm very excited for ya.

Good for you. Better find another place for parts or anything else though.

My first new bike was purchase before they became Brampton Powersports... many many years ago.

Nice! Did you pick it up already?!or waiting on a warm day to collect it. I bought a gsxr750 from there recently. Just waiting for a warm day to collect it. :D

Dealt with him twice, second time was actually on the phone about 25 minutes ago. He gave me the info I wanted and was polite.

I know a pleasant phone call doesn't amount to much but once I called a Kawaski dealership to get a sticker price on a bike and the guy was jerking me around and wouldn't give me any of the details i was requesting. At one point I even asked Mr. Kawasaki douch to place me on hold, walk over to the nearest 250 or 300 and tell me what the price tag said, and he said 'no' and that I have to make an appointment to talk figures.

Kahuna?

Congrats on the new bike! And things are looking up, other than possible snow on Thursday, Wunderground has highs in the pluses every day past wednesday. I think spring might actually be here soon!

Where are the obligatory pics?

I'm going to guess it was Kahuna, because it sounds very similar to the experience i had with them ... I was buying my new 2013 zx6r, and wanted to see how prices were over the phone because Kahuna's hours of operation are GARBAGE .. .i can't go in on any of my days off because they're closed ... and when I asked for the price over then phone, Rod i believe his name is, told me to skip a day of work to come and talk to him and look at the bike .. (I had already looked at, sat on and researched the heck out of this bike) ... so yeah that wasn't an option for me ...

Poor Customer service at Kahuna ... not a fan of their Parts Department either .. very rushed and pressured like type of environment.

Oh .. how rude of me ..

Congratulations on the new Bike ! Love the look of the 2012 CBR's !

ride safe !

Congrats on the new bike. I just made a purchase from BPS as well and it went very well.
