Are there any indoor venues to stunt in the off season?

I was wonder if there are any indoor venues kinda like a skate park but to stunt during the winter. If not, do you think there is enough stunters in the gta and surrounding areas to create some thing like this? Would riders be willing to pay loot for a safe controlled environment to chill and stunt?

I would not be interested. Besides riding in the Carribean, winter is the time to "build" and rest...
