Those things are everywhere in Europe now. Perfect for navigating short trips in old cities. I suspect these are for having in dealerships as toys and impulse buys, not for mass sales. They'd also make a decent pit bike.
Piaggio has a history of slapping a lower case 'a' on models they want to market as sporty, too. Either way, I was just reading in MCN how their sales are well up this year, partly on the success of the V85TT and RS660, and partly on healthy scooter sales. I know their North American distribution has improved massively in the last few years, way more together than they used to be. Maybe they're learning a few branding lessons from Ducati...
