Obama signed off on a bill called NDAA martial law
It gives the U.S military the power to arrest any american citizen and keep them locked up for an indefinate amount of time without the chance of judge, lawyer or trial

Obama swore against blocking this bill, you can find him saying he will never pass it on youtube. And now he goes and signs it on december 31
