Anyone purchased a track bike and had it shipped up from the US?

Basically what the title states. Saw a bike for sale in the US for a decent price but for various reasons would be unable to go down there and pick it up myself. So wondering if anyone has any experience with having a bike shipped up here and what the proper procedure is. The bike in question is a salvage titled bike so will never be on the street so will basically be a "parts bike".

Can you have it shipped to buffalo and pick it up there? the process will be very easy if you are able to do this. Specially since the bike is Part Only.

No, I am unable to cross the border easily at this time, unfortunately. :-(
