anyone order from Revco.ca?

wonderings

Well-known member
Been helmet searching for a bit now as I want to replace my Schuberth C3 Pro that is well aged. It is the most comfortable helmet I have ever owned but have had lots of issues with the bluetooth system. Was thinking of a C4 pro but Fortnine just has no stock. In searching I came across a website called Revco.ca. They have stock in a wide range of colours and models. Has anyone ordered from them before and had a good experience or had any issues? Seems strange to me they have lots of stock whereas Fortnine has pretty much nothing.

I haven't ordered. Seem reasonably legit though. I would also be suspicious about stock levels. If everything is in stock, my experience from other stores is that probably means a drop ship and their real physical stock is zero (but I have no idea in this case).

There store is in vars Ontario just south east of Ottawa. The store is atv tires Canada. They rebranded there site a couple of years ago.
Used to have a store front, no longer because not enough traffic. Some deals, slow delivery especially now with covid. I have picked up tires at their store. It is ok.
Give them a call or email see if there is a response. There main business is atv though.

I cannot believe what some people can write about businesses. The only reason we've had bad reviews this year is the pandemic situation due to shippers. 25% of the hundreds of order we shipped daily between end of April and mid-July got delayed without reason by the carriers. Tracking information was not updated etc... It's a fact of life we had to deal with. Revco if a family owned business that started on our founder's parent's house garage 10 years ago. We did not expect our business to increase so dramatically and we were caught off guard and short staffed. We hired new staff, programmed a new more powerful customer service area and things are better than before the Pandemic.

Revco.ca is a legitimate incorporated business in Canada. We used to be named atvtirescanada.com and we changed ot to Revco for the simple reason we started selling more and more motorcycle and snowmobile products so... ATV Tires Canada became Revco, simple as that. Company was originally founded in 2008.

Why would we scam people? We try our best (seriously) to have customers come back and purchase multiple times. Pricing is important but when something goes wrong, it's always better to get service by a human being that can resolve issues.

By the way, getting bots to post Google reviews for an online store is the best way to get your business blacklisted from Google which means instant death for ANY online business. Think about that before assuming stuff like that.

I tried contacting the original poster before posting this, but no reply.

I'd like to thank the people who answered truthfully about our business and all the folks that purchased from us in the past. Because without you, we are nothing.

Thank you!

thanks for that!

The stock thing seems curious. Again specifically with Schuberth, not sure if there is a shortage or if it is just Fortnine being Fortnine showing a wide variety of products whereas most of them are marked as out of stock. I was looking at the new Sena Outrush R that just came out a week or 2 ago. Features wise looks amazing for the price point and Revco is the only store that actually has it on their website, even Revzilla does not have it yet. Was going to order from Revco and just risk it but when it got to that stage it said no stock which really is not surprising as Sena seems to be the only one you can order from at the moment.

I came upon them as well when searching for a new helmet...haven't ordered one as I prefer to try them on, especially since I have a small bean...good to hear they 're legit as I too was wondering the same thing...

Got my Schuberth from Rider's Choice when they had a sale on them.

I have bought my icon helmet from revco and had no issues, received it in a week.

I always check the return policy. I have only once purchased a helmet online and it was a bit of a gamble as I bought it from Revzilla so no free returns. Fortnine and Revco, according to their return policy, do offer returns and no restocking fees which makes the idea of ordering online doable. If I could not return there would be no way I would buy online.

I ordered ATV tires from them this winter, fast delivery ,smokin deal. One tire had a defect ( not revco's fault) . They sent a replacement right away to correct the issue....great customer service...overall very happy with them.

Purchased tires from Revco on Monday @ 5pm, arrived this morning (GTA)
Prices were slightly better than Fortnine
Pretty quick service I must admit but their shipping tracker wasn't accurate and it still says in transit

Overall I would deal with again (y)

Was it through Canada Post?
