Dude, go to Rona/Lowes/Home Depot and get some chicken wire. They come in different patterns and sizes to meet your taste

Looking for something with a small diameter hole, and that looks a little nicer ..

How small of a diameter you're looking for? I have Penny size square holes on mines now. I got mine from Rona.

I ll have a look at it later on, but looking for something smaller than penny sized.

The last time I was there, they had different variation in sizes. Even mosquito net size.

I went with penny size because the net itself will not limit the amount of air flowing in. Plus the damage caused to the rad fins will most likely be from larger rocks. Also, the flying rocks most likely will be coming at an angle and not directly at the fins.

CTC, Rona, and Home Depot will all carry sheets of FXM (flattened expanded metal), with a variety of patterns and openings. The local CTC's (local to me that is) have bins with threaded rod in it, the FXM is tyically behind the bin.

Do they offer in Aluminum?

flattened expanded metal is what you are looking for. In canadian tire i think its called Gutter mesh, Its what i am using to add mesh to the holes in my Kat fairing

expanded metal lath , sold at every home building center in bare metal and gal, used primarily as underlay for ceramic tile. 3'x8' sht is about $15.00, look in the tile dept.

available in aluminum usually in the metal project aisle near the fasteners.

The stuff that looks like screen but is stiffer and has 1/8, 3/16, or 1/4 sq holes is called "hardware cloth" and sold by the foot at better building centers. Usually blk or galv finish. Its very cheap compared to a rad kit.

That's the stuff I've used.
