Anyone here smoke shisha?

Was wondering if there was anyone here who knows where to grab a hookah and shisha for decent prices. I quit smoking cigarrettes a month ago and need something less damaging and more social to do.

So does anyone suggest a good shop to check out to get started?

Country market I think it's called at hurontario and central parkway, in the back behind the Popeyes

Socially, I remember a place right near Yuk Yuk's in Mississauga which had the option inside the restaurant.

Shisha is more damaging than cigarettes. Unless you do it once in a while.

Only gonna do it maybe once a week tops. More of a social gathering type of thing. Can't exactly have a quick hoot from a hookah on your break haha. Thanks for the suggestions people.

Apparently we went to different high schools.

Oasis on Laurence
Aladin's on Victoria Park

There's an Aladin on VP? Oasis used to be called Aladin too back in like 2000. There's a spot near Yonge & Sheppard called HY Lounge that serves sheesha and another spot a bit north of there I've never been to.
I need to buy another pipe. I got rid of mine about 10 years ago because I tried putting something special in it and it totally ruined the pipe. But ice-water/juice sheesha in the summer is awesome.

Good luck with the quitting man and good for you. I only mentioned it because many people switch from cigarettes to shisha in hopes of being more healthy while only damaging their lungs more. But yeah dude, its definitely a social and fun thing to do once in a while. If youre in the west end, i can tell you about a bunch of places to buy/smoke shisha.

How do these restaurants get around the anti smoking bi-laws in Toronto? I am no expert on it and it may not be tabacco, but it still smells as bad and is most likely is as bad. My favourite place for Falafel, Aladsin's Place on VP provide these pipes and charge for them. I always try to sit as far away as possible. Have been going there for years to see football and have a Falafel and a beer while my son attended his hockey practice.

Well I grew up in brampton and I didn't see that sort of thing going on haha.

But I just got a small hookah and some tobacoo for now. Having fun with it so far.

Fun? Quitting nicotine? Buy a glass Bong. Piece of art. After a couple of months, you won't remember cigs.

Take it and go

Ya. I did that at the Big Bone. I like there food too much and wouldn't know if it wasn't for you mentioning eating there. (of course, all of your other comments on that specific post were sensationally crude and vulgar and I don't ever, ever want to see you eating ribs and licking your fingers-not a good image) whoopsie RandomHero for this little crash.

I've wondered about that too. That stuff is mostly molasses but there is definitely tobacco/nicotine in there and when you buy it it has the same canada customs sticker as a pack of smokes.

I have to disagree about the smell though. It's nowhere near as objectionable as cigarettes. Unless the coal is burning down, it just smells fruity.

I ended up just buying a cheap hookah from a smokeshop. Got everything I needed for about 40 bucks. Definately only going to do it every couple of weeks. It does have nicotine, but no tar and I'm assuming a lot less **** that they put in cigs.

Pearlzzzz if you're suggesting pot I just can't smoke it. Makes me way too larthargic for my liking.
