Anyone have experience with shipping a car within Canada?

Ive been hearing a lot of horror stories with Searail (extensive dmg to cars, missing items etc) and was wondering if anyone can recommend a shipping company to transport a car from Edmonton to T.O.
 
I've shipped a car and two bikes. The best route to go in my experience is to call a well-known household mover such as Atlas. They also move vehicles as well, and seem to be priced better than companies that ship vehicles specifically. Never had any problems with damages, either.
 
Give me a one-way ticket and gas money and I will drive it to you.

Shipping by rail: ~$600-700 and supposedly insured

vs.

Letting you drive it home for me: $250 for one way ticket + $500 in gas + 3500 kms of mileage + trusting a complete stranger with my new car.

Sounds like a no brainer to me. What wkend works best for you? :p

Hey, I had a really good experience from Ways Auto, they shipped my car from Manitoba to Toronto. The car is cheaper and it was in great condition. Check them out (http://waysautotransportation.com).

I used TFX to ship from US to Canada. Had a horrible experience placing the order to ship and posted about it. The owner dealt with it in a professional manner. No complaints about the service or delivery.
 
I've used TFX within Canada, did exactly what they promised, arrived on time at both ends. Would not even look for someone else if I needed their services again.
