Hertz and Avis usually have unlimited km's. Do a google for discount codes and you might get 10-15% off if you book online. I have Avis Preferred status and it doesn't really get that much, mostly just upgrades. I still google for discount codes...

Depending on your credit card, it may provide rental car insurance so that helps to take the cost down.
