Has anyone dealt with Tim Leigh-Bell before? I was in an accident last summer and now the other insurance company is looking to settle for alot less then what I feel is fair. Could someone recommend someone they might have dealt with and had good experience in the past?
Also if anyone wouldn't mind sharing what they got from the pain and suffering part of a settlement that included broken bones as well as soft tissue damage. Or has a link to maybe a database of these court cases I would appreciate it.
