anybody having trouble with contour software?

got the camera, downloaded software to edit videos, worked fine the first night but now the videos dont play on it. i must say i have had a few bad experinces already with this thing. one of the rubber things holding the back snapped, had connection issues with my first one so i got a new one today, the manual is soo cheap pages literally came off as i flipped them, wind noise, and now this.

anybody else?

Yup. The software seemed to be soo buggy and at other times it didn't work at all. The videos were also lagging when played them back.

Returned it a few days later.

Do you have the gps model?

If you don't, and you only need the video or dont need the gps data.. No need for you to use their software.

Use handbrake, adobe premier... Should work fine

sorry boys but a lot of your issues stem from not having proper Codecs on your machines.

my videos play back perfectly.
