Anybody ever export a car to a country other than the US?

It's hard getting answers out there because it doesn't seem to happen all that often.
I'm trying to find out what the requirements are for exportation on the Canada side and it seems like a grey area.
Any recommendations on shipping companies who have experience with this?

Nah....not Africa.
Actually it's for me. I live overseas and miss my car terribly. I'm trying to get this done but shippers who know cars to South America are few and far between. Any luck here?

Regder I would actually prefer that, pay all your expenses (within reason :) and fly you home but I'm afraid you wouldn't be able to get by the Darien gap.
