Do you have an experienced leader and sweeper? That is very important. I would be very nervous with a group of newbies. It's like the blind leading the blind.

There are plenty of women on this site, but like others have said make sure you dont get a large group of brand new riders together, but instead try to get a smaller group with a few experienced riders in there.
