Hey man, where is down here? :)

Sharp looking bike. Always looking for cool people to ride with.

Thanks man - i'm right in the downtown area at Spadina and Front. Email me and we can hook up and go riding some time.

Nice looking Iron. Welcome to the Sportster club!

nice iron.

I had one for a few months.

I found that the front end didnt take big bumps too well..

This helped ALOT

The ride quality isn't as good as it could be and the roads in the city sure don't help. I was also going to change to progressive shocks in the rear...i'll check out the fork brace as well. Thanks.

I also put road king air shocks on the rear. Bought them for just over 100 on ebay. Only thing you need to be carefull of is the height of the shocks - I think you need 12.5" eye to eye but dont quote me on that one. They come in a million different sizes.

Funny you posted this. I just came from a ride through downtown. Stock Sportster shocks were NOT made for T.O. roads. :p

A fork brace should be a mandatory part for Sportsters, its a night and day difference.
Not just for big bumps, but lumpy high speed curves etc, also keeps the bike from tracking so much.
I like the Screamin Eagle brace myself.

Hey guys,
Relatively new to the sportster world, looking to meet and ride with some fellow sporty riders in the GTA.

We have a nice little group going since last summer. If any others want to join we are not people or bike racists. We accept anyone as long as they are into riding and not hanging out at timmies most of the day. We organise our rides via email. Shoot me an email at alex.ulleri@gmail.com and I'll email you details on the next ride.

Group so far consists of 5 various XL's, a fatboy and a CB750
