Is the certificate just to get a transaction done or do you want a proper inspection?

If the former as long as there is a motorcycle mechanic available, a Canadian Tire will be able to do the inspection and issue certificate. Make sure you call and confirm. I hear it is becoming more rare than it was 5 years ago for example. I believe just over a hundred. Roughly an hours labour.

If you want the latter take it to a motorcycle garage. There are probably closer shops to you but GP Bikes is a quick ride down the 401.
