Any mobile mechanics that do safety certifications?

Hi, I'm wanting to buy my first bike and since I don't know much about them I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good mechanic that can come out and see a bike with me and do a safety certification then and there?

Ted from Rosey Toes is the only one I know of that might do it. Give him a call, he's real easy to talk to. 416-241-2523. He's the only mechanic I know who does house calls.
 
safety inspections must be done at the licensed facility. You can get a safety done at your home. At least not legally. Rosey Toes used to offer that service, until he got a visit from the green and whites telling him to knock it off.
