These are powerful drugs. Unfortunately they are also overprescribed IMHO. For those that really need them they can literally be the difference between life and death

So true we have a relative that is 100% batshit crazy thinks the Russians are spying on him and going through his stuff every time he leaves the house. He always says this sounds crazy but it's true just off the rails and no help can be given.
