Reread my post, don't see where I said anything about that specific video but more about this type of content creator. One that manufactures rage instead of introducing a nuanced discussion. Unfortunately, this is a formula that pays off extremely well for those that are successful at it such as this guy with 2.5m subscribers. I refuse to contribute to this grift, regardless of how insignificant my individual view may pay him

Random titles of some of his recent youtube videos, top of the page is a picture of him in a shirt that says "make men men again" Pretty easy to see who his target audience is and how he is shaping his image and videos to target them.

I watched enough of it to know I neither needed nor wanted to watch it to the end. It's aimed at the Lowest Common Denominator.

I honestly question how many of these people actually hold these views versus it being an attempt (very successful in this guys case) to monetize extreme views. Note, this concept applies to both left and right wing. Creating rage, equals engagement, equals youtube clicks, equals lots of $$$

I don't need to watch TikTok videos of guys stapling their scrotum to a 2x6 as reinforcement that it's not a good idea.

It’s my understanding JA’s wife had a few conservative posts via social media, namely of the pro life variety. That grabbed the attention of the pro choice crowd and that put the troops in motion to cancel JA and his wife.

How and why this information entered my brain is from passive water cooler discussion. I have no idea if it’s valid or not.

FWIW I hear Elvis was a womanizing, abusive husband, pill popping drinker that shot up a TV. Still listen to his songs from time to time.
