New rider here, Ive got a 2k cash
Should I buy a newer, <250cc bike for my first bike, or should I buy an older, >500cc bike for my first.

You get wut im saying?

A 1983 750cc honda shadow is 1.7k. A 2009 cbr 125 is 1.7k.

So what should i get.

an old bike, big bike, or a new, small bike.

Little about myself: former cocaine addict and before that former meth addict. I dont give a **** about anything but speed. Whatever bike goes the fastest for the longest without breaking is the bike I want. Nothing else matters its all about the rush. But I still i dont want this **** breaking down i got bills to pay. So let me know.

Sounds like you don't have any idea of what kind of bike you want and that you will probably become road kill in a week if you do.

Regardless, if its speed you want, <250 cc probably wont be for you.
 
There is no clear winner here. Either one would suit you just fine. Enjoy.

Don't forget the cost of gear, insurance, fuel, maintenance... You will probably be better off with a one time investment of 2k worth of rock! And safer for the rest of us on the road...

But this dude is trolling. If he's for real and is all about speed, why would he ask if he should get a 500cc or a 125 cc? LOL.

Attention... Mammy and pappy didn't pay him much when he was a kid, so he threw tantrums just to get the occasional dope-slap.. Now he's trying to do same here, but is very obvious about it. He should learn from BNKN.. That guy actually makes a decent troll, not that it'll get him off my ignore list lol

If the cash is 2gs then do this.
Buy the older 750 or larger sports bike for 1800 fish, then buy a cheap now fogger kit from kijiji. The bike will be pretty fast and reliable and with a 50\75 shot of nitrous will be faster then a busa
