Another newbie!

Hi there,

I'm a newbie to the board, a long time passenger and a brand new M1 licensed rider. I just bought my first bike and am signed up to do the course in May. Like a lot of newbies, I intend to leave my bike in the garage until I do the course but.... well I'm gonna try, but I can't guarantee anything! OMG I couldn't be more excited to be sitting in the driver's seat finally!! :D
 
Welcome...will power of steel. How can you keep your bike in the garage??? Come on, take it for a spin....

And for the record, I don't keep it in the garage all the time... sometimes I take it out, fire it up, throw it in gear, let the clutch out till it starts to roll and then pull it in again real quick! I also kiss it good night before I lock it up again lol! soon enough...

I had the same problem. It says profile but you really need to add the avatar pic.

I'm guessin the first sat / sun that its 20 deg.c n sunny u will be slippin it out of first and sliding it into second !;)

Curious, Katana 650 or 750? A buddy of mine had a 750 and said it was (still is I guess) a great beginner bike... I might be getting my hands on one soon.
