I had frekeyguy mount new tires to my rims a couple weeks ago. Did the job really fast and there was no damage at all to the rims. Went to put the tires back on the bike on the weekend and I notice that the front tire was mounted on backwards (rotation arrow pointing the wrong way). Since there's no marking on the rim, he must have used the previous tire as an indication of which way to put the tire on and I believe that tire was backwards. Didn't know it at the time though as I haven't actually rode this bike yet.
Regardless, frekeyguy took the wheel back, flipped the tire around, dropped it off at my house (!) and didn't charge me anything! He really stands behind his work. That's not something you see very often.
If you're in the Brampton area and need tires swapped, definitely go to frekeyguy!
