What was up with the one of the girl in the water for 60 hours and then dies of a heart attack. The photographer can sit there and take pics of her but not try to get her un trapped?

It might have been that heavy machinery would have been needed to get her out. Or cutting equipment like torches. Simple to us because we only see the child. We dont see all the debris that maybe pinning her.
I understand that but she was trapped for 60 hours and visible and people saw her there and even took pictures of her and still no help...that is unacceptable in my eyes.

I really fear for the children of this world. We in this part of the world have it tough or so we think because we ***** about gas being 1.29 a liter or we can't go buy something cause they don't have in stock. But while children and people are dieing because of the greedy.
I shouldn't say it's just here but this is all I've ever known. I know it's all over the world. People really couldn't care less about one another, most people live to see the violence and blood shed. Just look at all the horrible websites out thete dedicated to this kind of thing.
It's just sad. Makes our lives seem really good and we do have it good. IMO
I know and hear ya. I'm no better then any one else.True but how many of us are going to sell our bikes, boats, oversized houses, SUVs and send the money to an aid group? While I've modified my carbon footprint a bit I'm no Mother Teresa.
The little girl front and centre of the 1972 picture lives in Toronto now.
Really??
I remember seeing that pic everytime a group speak out against the Vietnam war.
Alot of those pics remind us of the misery of war
Wow we are a depressing species eh? We make money off misery way tooo easily.
