Allstate $100 dollars for motorcycle insurance!!

They did a quote for me a few weeks ago. They can do the house and 2 cars for about $700/year cheaper than my current insurer, but they consider a Katana a sport bike and won't insure it.
And of course, if I switch over everything except the bike to them then by bike insurance will go up by $800/year! Screwed either way!

please go back and read some of viffers threads/posts. this has been explained countless times.

You have no teacher to thank because you can't read.

You should ask the Allstate agent to present your whole portfolio, including the bike to the Underwriter and see if they will allow an exception.

Depending on your age, years riding experience tickets, accidents etc they may allow an exception. I know first hand that they will.

I have worked for Allstate in the past, both in Canada and the US. The rate-setting methodologies used both north and south of the border are the same. The target profit margins both north and south of the border are pretty much the same (except that the target profit might even be a bit higher in the US). The difference? Well, I've explained this in other threads so feel free to read if you like.

I actually called All-State today and I was told that they only insure people with at least 2 years of previous insurance on a motorcycle.
