It is kinda crumbly black tar all the way down/up the steep hill part. It's not bad enough to take a detour around, but northbound riders might want to take it a little slower than usual. Was hard to see the condition riding at night. Work crews were stopping/directing traffic yesterday...There was no one there this morning though- so it might be like this till after Thanksgiving unless the road sweepers are out today.
