Accident at Hurontario/Burnhamthorpe on Monday...

I fast fwd the rest of the video because I just wanted to see my 2nd turn into the Square one plaza.
When the guy honked the light was red. There is an accident and a firetruck as well. There was ZERO need to honk at me. I was so mad my hands were shaking. People like the inconsiderate c0cksucker behind me in the video make my blood BOIL. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened to me. The first time I actually blacked out and when I realized what was going on I had unlocked my car door, removed my seatbelt and had one foot on the asphalt. My ex was holding my jacket yelling at me to get back in the car. People have no consideration for anyone else anymore (for the most part). Everyone is in a big f'ing rush for me to move 15 feet up to a RED LIGHT. I wish the schmuck got out of his car. Then the firetruck could have called him an ambulance.

Omg some one using a horn. Dude he just honked and your hands were shaking, perhaps he didn't notice the light was red. You really need to settle down, **** everyone can make mistakes even you.

Focus on riding and keeping yourself safe. And getting off the bike in traffic just to yell at someone for honking is not safe. What if the guy thought he was in danger from you and decided to run you down to protect himself, or called the police.

Don't sweat the small stuff.

You need to relax man, if something so minor gets you so worked up, really think twice about owning that bike. Im serious

On a scale of 1-10 that makes someone mad will driving, that would register a 0.5

Its very possible that the driver did not see the red light, either becuase of the other cars blocking the intersection or because you sittin on your bike-- sitting much higher then his line of sight was blocking the view.

One day your going to run into someone with the same attitude that you have-- if that would have been you in the car and you thought the light was green will the guy on the bike was not moving how mad would have gotten, then the guy gets off the bike and starts walking toward your car??? That wont go off well.

And honestly man, your walking up to a guy, mouthing off with a helmet on, protecting your face and concealing it as well. He is not going to get out and fight you, whats the point, your helmet is on anyway.

Bottom line, was it the right thing to do? Maybe not. Was it the wrong thing to do? Not necessarily. Will that guy ever honk at a motorcycle again? Probably not. So for that, you're welcome.

More likely...there is now another driver out there that has lost all respect for ANYONE on a motorcycle....and will more than likey cut the next guy off.

Thanks for that.

Try driving/riding in Jamaica where beeping is the norm and no one is really bothered by it. You seem to have an anger management issue you need to deal with.

Please record what you do when someone cuts you off. Now that will be a fun video. =p

And I thought I had rage issues

I agree with the rest of the folk that you need to calm down, although the light was red you still have to pay attention to the road and not gawk at the wreck in front of you.

...and all this "cager" bashing, i bet that more than 98% of the riders on here or in general have a "cage", less formally known as a car, and they drive just as bad if not worst, but since they ride a motorcycle, they come to believe the world owes them something, then they come on this forum and cry that they saw someone texting while driving, or that some "cager" honked at them, or that other riders waved at them, or that a dog barked at them and that a squirrel ran across the street...

I absolutely agree! Personally, I can't stand the "cager bashing". Human beings have a tendency to not see their own faults, but to notice others' faults.

As for the OPs reaction, my personal opinion is that he over-reacted. That situation could have ended really badly, for him.

Just had to get that out to the OP.
