Abandoned Cottage @ the Forks?

Anyone know what's up with that abandoned cottage hidden behind the trees above the hairpin at the forks?
I've been searching for hours, but couldn't find any info, figured some one on GTAM would know.
Is there a cool story behind it? Or does the Caledon Ski Club own it?
Last time I went up to the door there was a sign on it that said something like "no booze, no money, keep out, karma's a *****"

It is now owned by the Conservation authority and the owner is allowed to use it until he dies it will then be torn down.

No my parents know the owners. It is on sensitive land thet the CVC wanted back and that was the deal they worked out to keep everyone happy.
