With so many complaints being posted I would like to thank Linda and Al for going above and beyond taking care of me and my 2001 Super Blackbird.
A few months back they were so kind as to come to my house and pick it up when the engine was cuttimg out while I was riding (electrical short).
By a complete accident the driver dropped my bike causing sratches in the lower fairing.
Linda and Al were extremely apologetic and replaced more than the required parts making my bike with 85K look like a new bike again. They replaced the complete upper fairing, lower left fairing and front fender when really only the 1 fairing was scratched. Very impressed considering the age of the bike and amount of K's.
Linda (Al the owner's daughter) also communicated about arival of parts etc on a weekly basis.
Pretty hard to be upset about an accident when you receive this kind of service!!
