Thats one thing I hate about people these days is they flock and swarm accident victims just staring and taking pictures and not doing anything to help.
If your going to help or do something useful then leave. Its the same as all the rubbernecks commuting when there is an accident.

I saw this on msn too. Don't you just hate internet videos that have no context or story with them. I wonder where this was. It's clearly the riders fault, you can see him take the corner at the top of the frame at way too high a speed. How much you wanna bet he was some 19 year old noob who bought a supersport as his first bike to look cool... the squid tshirt and no gloves helps that cool look..

That injured car passenger looked at first like he was gonna go punch the rider out and not to go help him lol.

Ho lee crap!! I wear full gear, get into a minor scrape and still end up injured. This mofo's in a friggin Tshirt, takes on a car and a building and he LIVES? Wow god truly loves everyone :)

Judging by the cars in that traffic, it happened in Romania. I could potentially find a story for you on the local forums (if I can find some time)

Actually, I think you're right. He hit that wall flat on with the entire surface area of his body (upside down!). Had he hit it any other way or, if the wall had been some other object, I don't think he would've been concerned with putting his shoe back on.
 
If this were in Russia, there'd be an awesome street fight to watch after. Nobody does road rage like the Russians!
