I have an opportunity to get involved in buying a huge chunk of land just outside of Vaughan.

too close to a populated area. ok now, but in the future with urban spread no way. look at shannonville with the chruch down the road.

Yea your right the area isn't populated yet. But in the future that could be a problem.
