I'm a big fan of the 44 Teeth stuff. Their Budget Bike Battle: Italia is some of the best motorbike content out there. The recent Superbike Shootout thing is great, too.
Total aside, but I spent a chunk of a race day with James of JHS Racing (he does the fettling for their track stuff) when he was helping a friend race at Mission in BC. He's an absolute gent. Lots of great stories about the TT and Irish road racing...
