What the heck. Be a sport, spend the extra dime, and fax it to BOTH places.
You can send it to 941-792-4411 as well, if you like. That is a company of
telemarketers, and I am sure they LOVE getting unexpected telephone calls,
even from fax machines.

I don't have my ticket any more. Don't they take the original ticket when you file the intention to appear? Doesn't the prosecutor's office depend on where you file your ticket?
