636 Suspension Issue - HELP!

Bike in question is a 03/04 ZX6......having suspension issues....this is my primary bike, so I put a lot of seat time on her........

All of this started last season, but it seems to be getting worst gradually.....AND I NEED HELP!!!!!

So the bike doesn't want to stay on the ground while going straight....the bike natually wants to do the following....
- the front end up in the air (pic below)
- the front end diving into the ground (vid + pic below)
- or going side ways, waaay leaned over scraping my boots....SCARY!

Have you tried setting everything back to stock? If it's an '03, have you ever had the forks done? New fork oil? Bushings? Springs?

I think my feet are pretty tucked in....I wear size 12's so they aren't tiny, but aren't clown feet either...

You just need some weight in the tail, bike isn't balanced. I'd say about 10 lbs in the tail would do it.

The reason I ask, is that you say you think your feet are tucked in, and then you post a picture of more than half of you boot hanging off the outside of your footpeg, as if to prove yourself wrong :lmao:
