My group and I are going for a ride tomorrow. 507 is the only interesting hwy heading north so it's likely always going to be part of the adventure.
Did they install photo radar on that goat trail yet?
I guess we need a current map of photo radar locations.

I doubt it, people were still grumping that they should do something in January. They need to designate the road as a community safety zone before they can install them. I can't quickly find a map of CSZ in Trent Lakes.

507 is one of the better known roads but not the only fun motorcycle road in the area, and not what I would consider it the ‘best’ route through the area.

Load up the Scenic app and you can map out some great routes.

Search for @shanekingsley maps, he’s put a lot of effort into documenting interesting routes, lots thru central and eastern Ontario.

I have a cottage in the area and read the Peterborough paper every couple of days. I've seen nothing about any actual decision to add photo radar. I would suspect you might see increased enforcement on the 507 the long weekend, so watch your speed.

Wait until the long weekend and the following couple of weeks. By then you'll have had at least one accident and lots of examples of speeding riders which will probably bring the issue forward again.
