360 Degree Camera

Looks pretty cool but I'll wait until version 2 or 3. Let them upgrade the sensors a bit first

looks pretty cool, where would you mount it other than on the top of your helmet though, since that would look pretty weird lol
 
I know I'll end up buying one of these things even though I'll look like I'm 2up'ing R2D2.

The 360 rotation novelty will probably get old pretty fast. What I'm most interested in is the ability to crop multiple views from the same shot which could mean fewer cameras and fewer takes. The video res and frame rate are a bit disappointing though... I'd like to see GoPro release a competing product.
 
could be fun to watch some race footage..... but I like to sit and watch, not pan, scroll, track around. i'm lazy.

a very useful tool for realtors featuring homes/virtual tours for potential buyers.
 
Maybe Apple can find some spare change between the cushions to get a few of these, then they can make their own version of street view for their maps app.

You can watch the 360 view all stitched together like at the bottom of the sample video.. kind of freaky seeing 360 all at once.
