25, first year with M1, held G for more than 6 years, ER-6N, who to go to?

Have a friend who's looking real hard. He's not pleased that Statefarm is throwing the ER-6N in the same class as my GSXR-750 even though I'm not surprised due to how Statefarm classifies by CCs.

I know Jevco/John R Duffy used to be the **** but Intact kinda ruined them. What alternatives are there now that would net him a quote less than $1700? (His record is 100% clean but has a M zip code).

He has it, gonna have to wait 60 days though. I'll refer him to TD but I have a feeling the quote won't be less than 1700.
